    The pools are fantastic. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, always enhancing the overall enjoyable experience.

    Dining options lack variety, and the decor is starting to show age. The beach access can be challenging.

    This location was quiet and absolutely perfect, near George taverna, and the local restaurants. The staff were hard-working and really helpful throughout our stay;))

    The hotel staff was not very friendly.

    Relaxing atmosphere with great pools

    I recently had a lovely week at this adults-only hotel where the multiple pools provided a perfect relaxation environment. The complimentary beach sunbeds were a nice touch. The variety of themed dinners offered every night made dining exciting. The food quality was excellent with a wonderful range of options. The music at the main pool, especially from the DJ, can be a bit overpowering at times, and I wish there were more quiet areas to escape it.

    Loved the style of hotel, layout and cleaniless.

    Drinks expensive, Pleased with the breakfast buffet but also pleased we only had Bed and Breakfast as there were numerous moans about the evening food.

    Location was beautiful and staff was great. We visited Skorpios, set only 350 ft away. We could see Cretaquarium from our window. Hotel had a pool.

    Unexpected noise from the pool

    The pool temperature was perfect for afternoon dips, and the cleaning staff consistently kept the areas tidy.

    The constant noise from nearby vendors and children disrupted the lounge ambiance we expected at an adults-only hotel.

    The plus 16 concept, we lime the quite and the nice design

    You dinner at the tholos resturant was not good enough, compared with the price, and snot er small thing!! The juice at the breakfast should be Real juice not mixed with water! , add a small priceincrease and serve a bit higher quality in the food

    Very close to the Airport, good parking, clean...

    I found one particular member of staff to be very unhelpful. We arrived and had problems with our hire car. Very little assistance was given towards us. It would have been nice if the member of staff could have offered to dial the car hire company etc. On arrival at 3pm we were informed that Knossos ruins close at 5pm, which meant we had to rush there with very little time to relax. On arrival we found out that Knossos is open until 8pm every day. This is something that the hotel should be fully aware of. Also when asking for local food and places to eat, very little was known about the surrounding area. When i go to hotels i expect much better local knowledge. One complaint with the room as in general the rooms are very good.

    Beautiful design and attention to detail. Stayed in a pool suite room, so did not really use the main pool at all. Room was very spacious and cleaned spotlessly every day

    No room service. No a la carte restaurant of an evening
